Moore of Panama City Beach, Florida, born in Panama City, Florida, who passed away on October 17, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Lee and Lois Moore; her siblings, Jimmy Lee Moore, Dorothy Taylor, Merlene Pardue, Virginia Wilkerson, Charles Moore and Gloria Moore; and her former husband J. C. Forrester.
She is survived by: her daughters, Charlotte Forrester, Brenda Hamm, Laura Massey, April Tuggle (Casey) and Rachel Massey; her former husband Steven Massey (Janice); her grandchildren, Chris Breeden (Courtney), Brad Breeden, Amanda Floyd (Adam), Zak Hall, Morgan Tuggle and Jesse Tuggle; and her great grandchildren, Christopher Breeden, Aaron Floyd, Ashlynn Floyd and Alaynah Floyd.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heritage Funeral Home and Cremation Services (247 N Tyndall Pkwy, Panama City, FL 32404). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
