We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2024, at the age of 86, Barbara L. Halsey of Panama City Beach, Florida, born in Ottawa, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Halsey; and her parents, Leroy Jackson and Louise Jackson. She is survived by: her daughter Melissa L. Kohler; her grandsons, Jacob Switalski (Brandi) and Joseph Switalski; her great grandchildren, Lambeau Switalski, Faith Grett (Clayton), Grace Brown (Leroy) and Jayden Brown; and her great great grandchildren, Kaiden Yarrell and Walker Grett.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Emerald Coast Hospice.
