It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Carroll of Panama City Beach, Florida, who passed away on March 2, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Joe Hash; and her brother Joseph Michael Hash. She is survived by: her mother Addie Sybil Hash; her sister Maria Stroud; her son Matthew Wayne Carroll; her nieces, Jennifer McDaniel (Jason), Katie Stroud and Christine Hash; her great-niece Makenzie McDaniel; and her nephews, Joseph Michael Hash, Christopher Michael Hash and Jason Michael Hash.
