She is survived by: her sons, Justin Kukuc (Julie) and Jeremy Kukuc of Tinton Falls, NJ; her grandchildren, Jenna and John; her brothers, Frank Hoffman (Linda) and John Hoffman (JJ); her niece Christina Hoffman; and her nephew Andrew (Victoria).
