Andrew Philip Switala, of Panama City Beach, Florida, formerly of Bay City, Michigan, passed away on the 11th of December, 2021, due to injuries from a motorcycle accident. Born the 26th of June, 1982 to Philip and Lori (Burley) Switala in Portland, Oregon, he was a well-known, accomplished tattoo artist for over 20 years. Andrew's humor, laugh, and outrageous approach to life was contagious; all who knew him knew that if Andrew was present, there would be endless laughter and fun. He was the life of the party, the friend you could count on to pick you up in the middle of the night, and was devoted to his family and friends. Never one to be stagnant, he kept his life full of adventure and activity, often traveling, enjoying the beach, camping, and skateboarding with his son, Caidin. His sky blue eyes and laughter, which swayed and healed many hearts easily, will be remembered and missed by all who loved and knew him.
In addition to Andrew's parents, left to carry his legacy are his beloved son, Caidin Frederick Switala; sister, Ashli (Travis) Hein; brother, Nicholas Switala; sister, Rebekah (Gerald Morgan) Switala; two cherished nephews and one niece; many cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and countless friends.
