He was predeceased by: his parents, Houston E. Parrish and Jean Parrish; his brother Tommy Parrish; and his grandparents, A. J., Lillie B. Windham, Van and Lena O'Bryan.

He is survived by: his significant other Vivian Davis; his sons, Garrett Parrish (Trisha) and Tyler Parrish (Kaley); his sister Patsy Freeman (Jon); his nieces and nephews, Andy (Candi), Russell (Maria), Jonna, Jolie, Luke, Isaak, Isabel and Mason; his grandchildren, Terrance Parrish, Ezra Parrish, Ryleigh Cater, Gavin Parrish, Lilly Grace Parrish, Kenna Parrish, Jackson Tice, Aidan Tice, Ella Grace Tice and Grady Jardine; his great grandchildren, Amy Tice and Cassidy Jardine; his godchildren, Emilee Hodge and Joseph Hodge; his cousins, Penny, Reid, Jan Parrish and Karen P. King; and his pets, Tiki and Dixie.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
