She was predeceased by: her husband Mike Falk, Sr.; her parents, Charlie Barwick Sr. and Julia Elizabeth Barwick (Lizzie); and her brothers, Charles Barwick, Ronnie Barwick and Derrick Barwick.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Falk, Jr. (Laurie) and Michele Falk; her grandchildren, Cole, Julia, Dakota Baggett, Carson and Kaelyn Falk; her siblings, Norman Barwick, Mildred Posey (Noah), Louise Fedorak, Donna Chatham (Steve) and Charlene Wimberly; and her sister-in-law Elise Barwick. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
