It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra Sue Beyer in Palmetto, Florida, born in Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on January 16, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Camilla Weber (Delagardelle) and Arnold Weber; and her brother Michael L. "Mick" Weber. She is survived by: her husband Major David L. Beyer; her children, Christie Eldred (Chad), Barry Thome (Bridget) and Dustin Thome (Sara); her stepchildren, Jill Lowe (Craig), Amy Garner, Heather King (Matt), Lisa Gunning (Sean) and Dane Filemyr (Jeanie); her siblings, Rosie Bloes (Bob) and Randy Weber (Janan); her siblings-in-law, Karen Weber, Perry Beyer (Juwanda) and Bill Beyer Jr. (Wendy); her grandchildren, Brady, Brock Thome, Daniel Eldred, Hannah, Audrey, Morgan Thome, Taylor, Jared Lowe, Zach, Allison, Madisyn, Andre, Declan and Quinn Gunning; and her great grandchildren, Arya Thome, Braxton Thome and Kazen Helton.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (311 15th Ave, Gilbertville, IA 50634).
Memorials may be directed in Sandy's name to her family which will be designated elsewhere at a later date.
