He was predeceased by: his son Marc Pensivy of Gulfport. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Kelly Pensivy of Pittsfield, MA; his siblings, Robert Pensivy of Lenox, MA, Sandra Pensivy of Pittsfield, MA and Nancy Spasyk of Lenox, MA.; and his children, Lisa Peck of Bradenton, FL, Melissa Gilbert of Portland, ME and Richard Pensivy Jr. of Columbiana, AL.. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
