He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Sr. Mancillas and Saturnina Mancillas; and his wife Maria. He is survived by: his children, Arturo Mancillas, Tina Moreno, Alberto Mancillas, Maggie Rodriguez, Julian Mancillas, Jose Mancillas, Erminia Gonzalez and Gustavo Mancillas. He is also survived by 42 grandchildren and 43 great grandchildren.
