It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanna Lynne Smeck of Palmetto, Florida, born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on April 22, 2024, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her mother Lynda Tingley (George) of Parrish; her stepsons, William Twyman (Tracey) of New Port Richey, Florida and Michael Twyman of New Port Richey, Florida; her stepbrother Scott Tingley; and her uncle Jerry James (Summea) of Campton, Kentucky..
