He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard DeBolt and Thelma DeBolt; and his son James (D. O.). He is survived by: his wife Patti; his son Scott DeBolt (Carol); his stepchildren, Kelli Gee Kiger (John) and Matt Gee; his granddaughters, Monika Chiesa (Brad), Stephanie McKay (Matt) and Marlee Gray (Morgan); and his stepgranddaughter Liliana Kiger. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations in his name to Church of the Palms Student Ministry in Sarasota, Florida.
