She was predeceased by: her father Morse Caltabiano; and her brother Andy Caltabiano. She is survived by: her mother Theresa Caltabiano (Salvage); her husband Kenneth "Harley" Collins; her children, Jamie Ruzekowicz (Mark) and Jeffrey Larmondra (Jamie); and her brothers, Bill Caltabiano (Nancy) and Jim Caltabiano (Monica). She is also survived by niece and nephew, grandnieces and grandnephew.
