He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Dwight Sterrett and Florence Sterrett (Clemans); his wife Rebecca Ann Nottingham; his daughter Cora Sue Walsh (Sterrett); his grandson Michael Degnan; his son-in-law Terry L Walsh of St Petersburg, FL; his daughter Cynthia Degnan (Richard) of Summmerville, SC.; his grandchildren, Daniel Walsh (Angela), Elizabeth Miller (Clinton) and Amy Degnan; his granddaughter-in-law Kellie Degnan; and his great grandchildren, Colin, Sydney, Noelle, Lauren, Avery, Ashlyn, Alyssa and Joshua.
