He was predeceased by: his son Reverend Tom Izon; and his daughter-in-law Pam Izon (Speed). He is survived by: his wife Roberta E. Mangus; his daughter Kay Johnson; and his son-in-law Richard Johnson of Clearwater, FL. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren with their spouses, 15 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
