He is survived by: his mother Elaine Capel of St. Petersburg, FL; his brother JD Capel of Palm Harbor, FL; his children, Audrey and Dean of Zephyrhills, FL; and his stepparents, Jennie Capel of Clearwater, FL and Ronald Berry of St. Petersburg, FL. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
