She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hartwick and Margaret Evelyn (Cruse) of Cambridge, WI; her husband Wallace Wayne Blackburn (Wally); her siblings, Walter Herman Lien (Wally) and Mary Helen Anderson; and her granddaughter Amanda Nicole Blackburn.
She is survived by: her niece Kathleen Costello (Kate); and her grandchildren, Jeremy Wayne, Dillon Wallace Blackburn, Robert Wayne, Wallace Wade Jones, Christina Elizabeth, Stephanie Rose Linton and Gabriel Hunter Brown. She is also survived by her sister, children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
