It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby R. Isaacs of Palm Harbor, Florida, born in Marshall, Illinois, who passed away on November 29, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Shotts and Ruth Shotts (Sweet); her children, Jesse Leo Isaacs Jr. and Nora Ruth Isaacs; and her siblings, Sarabelle Dooley (Thomas) and Paul Shotts (Darlene).
She is survived by: her spouse Jesse Leo Isaacs; her siblings, Maryann Caudill of Canton, OH, Donna Faye Glasson of Palm Harbor, FL and Robert Shotts of Eagle River, AK; and her grandchildren, Jesse III Isaacs (Kim) of Tucson, AZ and Eileen Retta Tingley (Victor) of New Port Richey, FL. She is also survived by three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
