We bid farewell to Richard Leyda of Palm Harbor, Florida, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 3, 2024 at the age of 87. Richard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace B. Leyda and Virginia A. Leyda (Thompson); and his brother W. David Leyda. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Mizelle of Palm Harbor, FL and Julianne Harris of Palm Harbor; his grandchildren, Colin Marshall of Lawrence, KS, Hannah Harris of Palm Harbor and Katelyn Harris of Palm Harbor; his great grandchildren, Selah, Emerson and Bella Marshall of Lawrence, KS; his sister-in-law Jean Leyda; his nephews, Doug and Dave; and his niece Jill.
