She was predeceased by: her parents, Parker Pitcher and Garnet Pitcher; her husband Larry E. Noble; her children, David Rowland, Jeffrey Rowland and Karen Neath; and her brothers, Raymond, Robert and Clinton.
She is survived by: her brother Richard Pitcher; her stepchildren, Robert Noble, Tami Stevens (Dave) of Richmond, IN and Lora Mindel (Scott) of Charlestown, IN; her granddaughter Tara Neath; and her family Marge. She is also survived by step-grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
