It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luanne McDonald Decker of Palm Harbor, Florida, who passed away on May 6, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard F. Jr.; and her son Mark. She is survived by: her children, Ann and Richard F., III; and her nieces, Marion and Kathleen.
