She was predeceased by: her father Franklyn S. Lapent; her mother-in-law Ruby Timothy; her uncles, Mort Merrell and Arthur Merrell; and her pet Murphy.

She is survived by: her mother Diane Lapent; her husband Richard Timothy, Jr.; her father-in-law Richard Timothy, Sr.; her brother Ken Lapent (Christina); her sisters-in-law, Terri Veno (Nick), Patti Krolikowski (Paul), Kathi Timothy and Sandi Kade (Stan); and her aunts, Holly Merrell and Helen Bushnell (Robert). She is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces and nephews, and countless friends.

In lieu of any flowers, Kris' wish was for donations to be made in her memory to the Dana Farber Boston Children's Cancer Center.
