She was predeceased by: her husbands, Angel Hernandez, William Murray and Charles Pevin; her son Hector Hernandez; her granddaughter Clarissa Martinez; and her siblings, Leonardo Diaz and Elsa De Leon.
She is survived by: her children, Marichu Ignacio, Purita Hernandez, Coney Bryan, Emmanuel Hernandez, Herman Hernandez and Hernani Hernandez; and her sister Lydia of Guia. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Suncoast Hospice in her honor.
