She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Charlie" Milburn and Pearl Milburn. She is survived by: her sister Jenny Meece; her sister-in-law Annie Milburn; her sons, Randy T. (Jeanne Coulter) and Mark S. (Janice Coulter); her grandchildren, Ryan Coulter, Tiffany Coulter, Tonya Coulter and Brandon Coulter; her great grandchildren, Logan Phillips, Raegan Coulter, Embrey Coulter, Nicholas Markussen, Mason Coulter, Kylee Coulter, Andrew Holcomb and Jocelynn Coulter; her niece Shelly Weber; and her nephews, Jay and Jeff Lucas.
