We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2021, at the age of 80, Joseph S. Bussey (Palm Harbor, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Seaborn Bussey and Blanche Bussey; and his sister MaryAnn Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Balentine; his brothers, Seaborn Bussey Jr. and Jerry Bussey; and his daughters, Jennifer Williams, Deborah Balentine and Celeste Sims. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks if you would consider a donation to The Salvation Army.
