He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alma Sweeney and Don Sweeney; his sister Sandra; his wife Diane Sweeney; his daughter Stacy; his son-in-law Mark Freeman; and his grandchildren, Emma, Ryan and Travis Freeman.
