He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Milo Horak and Anna Mae Horak; his wife Nancy Horak; and his children, Jamey Lee Karr (Pasqualina), Michelle Lynn Horak, Stacie Lee Shannon (Patrick), Holly Michelle Karr, Heidi Mae Skelton-Riley (Michael), Hayley Marie Adams (Ellis) and Robin Renee Weber. He was also cherished by 21 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
