He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Fleming, Jr. and Olefine Kaner Fleming; his siblings, Terence Kaner Fleming and Carol Fleming Harens; his brothers-in-law, Frank Harens, Joseph M. DiJune and Salratore Ciriello; his parents-in-law, Joseph T. Viterise and Sistine Viterise; his sister-in-law Patricia Amend; and his pet Bernie.
He is survived by: his friend Tim; his cousins, Donna and Jerry; his wife Kathy Fleming; and his children, Jack Fleming, Jeffrey Fleming (Lisa), Tim Fleming (Tammy), Greg Fleming, Stacey Kaplan (Bob) and Kristin Mullins (Tom). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, with one great grandchild on the way, numerous nieces and nephews, and many very dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either St. Jude Children's Hospital or Tunnels to Towers, two organizations that Jack felt very strongly about.
