With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan A. Schoenling of Palm Harbor, Florida, who passed away on November 9, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William L. Schoenling, Jr.; her parents, Charles Verkamp and Ruth Verkamp; and her sister Connie Flowers (Bill). She is survived by: her children, William "Chip" Schoenling (Joan), Lynne Schoenling Uhrich (Jeff), Connie Schoenling Swisshelm (Richard Schrader), Beth Schoenling Welsh (Will), David Schoenling (Heather) and Laura Schoenling Deters (Daniel "Buzz"); and her siblings, Russ Verkamp (Sue), Ruth Ann Lozier (Brad), Bob, Tom and Mike Verkamp. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
