He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Weldon Dugan, Robert Carroll and Peggy Dugan; his uncles, William Dugan and Daniel Dugan; his aunt Heidi Carroll; and his cousin Nathan Tonolini.
He is survived by: his cousin Billy; his children, Wyatt R Dugan and Lakinslee Dugan; his grandmother Helen Carroll; his parents, Marcia Dugan and Robert Dugan; his siblings, Christy Ringle (Raymond), Robert Dugan Jr. (Fatima), Nikki Dugan (Donald) and Shane Dugan; his nieces and nephews, Huayda, Avkhan, Evan, Aymen, Donald Jr., Ishmael, Troy, Cole, Olivia and Laney; his aunts and uncles, Rob, Cindy, Pat, Nancy, Phil, Steve, Mel, Kathy, Gino, Jeff, Carolyn, Jim and Tom; and also Maize.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations will be handled over to Robert Dugan Jr. and placed in a trust for James children.
