He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Michael and Jean Marie Larkins (Kilburg); his wife Helen Larkins (Riley); his children, Kathleen Rhine, Eileen Larkins Pensavalle, Anne Marie Winz, Maureen Gallagher and Joseph Larkins; his children-in-law, Jay Pensavalle, Mark Winz, David Gallagher and Olivia Wu Larkins; and his sister Jean Marie Resch. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
