He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Jack III (Skip), Julie, Jerry and Joel; his brother David; his nephew David Jr.; his niece Kari; his grandchildren, Genessa, Gelaina, Gary, Bobby, Sarah, Michael, Kortlyn, Kennedy, Joshua, Jared, Julia, Hannah and Hunter; and his great grandchildren, Rowen, Carmella, AriYana, Lincoln, Eli and Jack.
