He was predeceased by: his parents, Axel and Genevieve; and his brother Byron. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his daughters, Dionne Kassinger and Amy Minkin-Johnson; his grandchildren, Madison, Lawson Kassinger, Logan and Chase Johnson; his brother Ted Minkin (Lynn); and his nephew Justin of Beaverton, Michigan..
