He is survived by: his siblings, Marge Kearns Platt, Doris Riggs, James Mann and Harold Mann; his grandchildren, Eric Meades and Nikki Cardell; his wife Phyllis Ann Bryant Mann; his daughter Barneen Cardell (Dean) of Milford, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Angel and Jason. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild, and several Nieces and Nephews.
