She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Staelens and Bertha Staelens. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Bass Mullis (Michael) of Palm Harbor, Teresa Kirk (Bruce) of Pembroke Pines, Ernie Bass (Pam) of Dunedin and Ronald Bass (Renee) of Emporia; her grandchildren, Haylee Mullis, Kristen Fritz, Abby Mullis, Rylan Fritz, Travis Ames, Christina Ames, Ryan Bass, Austin Bass, Parker Bass, Abigail Orlandi, Meloney Brazzola and Jessica Bass; and her husband Ernest Bass.
