With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diane Flaherty (Palm Harbor, Florida), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 16, 2022 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Anthony Katsibubas and Mildred Katsibubas; her siblings, Mary (Nick), Thomas (Barbara), John (April), Barbara and Pete (Gail); her husband James Flaherty; her children, Shelly (Sam), Louri (James), Kristy (Joe), Jim (Melissa) and Natalie (Ryan); and her grandchildren, Brooke, Bryce, Colleen, Summer, Chase, Rhys, Lydia and Olivia. She was also cherished by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to PHA (Pulmonary Hypertension) @ phassociation.org in Diane Flaherty's name.
