He was predeceased by: his parents, Jane and Willis; and his brother Willis II. He is survived by: his wife Missy (Janette Ohmen); his children, Melissa, Kristen, Meghan, Michael and Amanda; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Leah, Sage, Tyler, Paxton, Presley, Logan, Amber and Paisley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
