It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte H Foley of Palm Harbor, Florida, born in Rahway, New Jersey, who passed away on April 23, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Rubin and Rose Rubin (Levine); her husband Roger Aloysius Foley; her siblings, Lionel Rubin, Gladys Patterson and Fay Falcone; and her granddaughter Molly Reid Trick Foley.
She is survived by: her sons, Roger and Michael; her daughters-in-law, Darcy Trick and Angela Hilton-Foley; her grandchildren, Kate O'Hara, Matthew Foley and Steven Foley; and her great grandchildren, Reid and Rose O'Hara.
In lieu of sending flowers now, we believe Charlotte's wish would be for you to use that money to donate to a charity, or to have a nice meal with a loved one and reflect upon the fond family memories we've enjoyed over the years.
