He is survived by: his mother Maria Antonieta Salazar; his wife April Salazar; his daughters, Alyssa Salazar, Leslie Salazar and Zamorah Salazar; his stepdaughter Keira Humphrey; and his brothers, Ricardo Salazar (Deborah) and Rolando Salazar (Laura). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
