He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lally and Margaret Smith Lally; and his sisters, Dorothy S. Ness and Virginia Strausbaugh. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Dawson Lally; his children, Lynn (Christopher D'Onofrio) of Lakeland, FL., Carl (Valerie Lally), Donna Bucher of Elizabethtown, PA. and Crystal; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Tommy, Cory, Danielle, Paul, Ashleigh, Alex, Aubrey, Christopher, Samantha and Garren.
