She was predeceased by: her father Terry Henry; her stepfather Virgil Hughes; her husband Steven "Andy" Mehaffey; her brother David Henry; her uncle David Wilson; and her cousin Amy Consagra.
She is survived by: her mother Eva Hughes (Beverly) of Oldsmar; her stepmother Arlene Henry of St; her children, Jennifer Mehaffey of Largo and Justin Mehaffey (Nikki) of Powhatan, VA; her siblings, Buff Etheridge (Mel) of Reston, VA, Steven Henry (Wendy) of St. Petersburg and Michael Henry of St. Petersburg; her grandchildren, Parker Bayne and Logan Bayne of Largo; and also, Charles of Palm Harbor, Bassett Hounds, Noah and Ruby. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
