It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Mercer (Palm Harbor, Florida), born in Bristol, Virginia, who passed away on August 15, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samual Peavler and Lara Peavler; her brothers, Charles, Scott, Robert and Sammy George; and her sons, Michael and Gordon Mercer.
She is survived by: her son Tony; her brother Sam Peavler (Patty); her grandchildren, Melissa MacGregor and Austin Mercer; and her great grandchildren, Aubrey MacGregor, Emma and Lyla MacGregor.
