He was predeceased by: his wives, Jessie Mefford (Aitkenhead) and Betty; and his parents, Arthur Mefford and Elizabeth Mefford. He is survived by: his children, Barry Mefford, Keith Mefford and Donna Mercer (Mefford); and his sisters, Joyce McCarthy and Paulette Boone. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
