He is survived by: his wife Lucille Chase; his stepson Dr. John Yanusas (Joyce); his daughter Dr. Jennifer Fielding (Randy Fielding); his stepgrandchild Elyse Yanusas; and his grandchildren, Ryder Fielding and Conner Fielding.
