He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wargo and Helen Balint Wargo. He is survived by: his wife Angela; his sons, William Junior (Mary) of Milford and Michael (Lisa) of Stratford; his grandchildren, Ashley and Ryan; and his brothers, John of Stratford, Robert of Stratford and Joseph of Stratford. He is also survived by several brother-in-law and sister-in-law's, and countless nieces and nephews.
