He was predeceased by: his wife Leona Mills; and his parents, Lewis Mills and Helen Mills. He is survived by: his sisters, Florence Kriz (Bill) and Barbara "Dolly" Carpenter (James Jr); his children, Lisa Ussia (Kevin), Steven Mills (Chris) and Michael Mills (Deb); and his grandchildren, Ashlee Walker (Colin), Nicole Ussia, Jake Mills and Josh Mills. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
