He was predeceased by: his son Shawn P. Lentz; and his parents, Joseph Lentz and Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Beth Lentz (O'Donnell); his daughter Erin Toohey; his son-in-law Brendan; his grandchild Conall; his sister Donna Allio (Carl); his brothers-in-law, Edward O'Donnell (Sue) and Tim O'Donnell (Lisa); and his in-laws, Edward and Patricia O'Donnell. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, their children, and countless friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at the Grand Haven Golf Club (500 Riverfront Dr, Palm Coast, FL 32137).
