He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ivey and Dorothy Ivey (Harper); his siblings, Mike Ivey and Janice Vaughn; and his stepson Mark Wells.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Ivey; his children, Angela Ivey, David Ivey (Kellee) and Craig Ivey; and his grandchildren, Adam, Andrea, Jeremy, Joshua, Courtney, Tanner and Tia. He is also survived by extended family members & friends.
