He was predeceased by: his wife Ethel Biermann; and his brother Gunther Biermann. He is survived by: his children, Marilyn Hines (William) and Dennis Biermann (Amber); his grandchildren, Denise Odrzywolski, Jason Odrzywolski, Crystal Biermann, Amanda Miller, Nicole Biermann and Zachary Biermann; his great grandchildren, Jordyn Campbell, Veronika, Viktorya Odrzywolski, McKenna, Kylie, Cameron, Addison Beckon, Owen and Emett Miller; and his siblings, Friedhelm Biermann, Horst Biermann and Waldtraut.
