He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincenzo Pascazio and Gaetana Pascazio (Petruzelli). He is survived by: his wife Rosa Pascazio of Palm Coast, FL; his daughter Gaetana Carroll (Brian) of Palm Coast, FL; his siblings, Rocco Pascazio of Long Island, NY and Filomena Pascazio of Bari, Italy; his grandchildren, Brandon Carroll (Skylar) and Isabella Carroll; and his great grandchild Everly Carroll.
